Instalação de agente SMS 2003 SP2 - Advanced Client

Bom Dia !
Ao executar a instalação do agente do SMS (ccmsetup.exe ou client.MSI) o
seguinte erro é apresentando no LOG ccmsetup.log.
- Sistema Operacional cliente: Win 2000 SP4
- Win Installer: Versão 3.1

Olá Marcelo.

Analisando o seu erro, a mensagem diz que o Serviço Windows Management
Instrumentation (WinMgmt) não pode ser iniciado. Verifique se o serviço está
configurado para subir de forma "Manual", que é a configuração padrão.
